With over 50 years of combined adtech experience, we built a platform that empowers ambitious cannabis and CBD brands to drive performance without worrying about compliance. In the process, we transformed marketing technology for highly regulated industries.

As the leading data marketplace for cannabis and CBD audiences, we saw our segments drive massive results for advertisers in industries beyond cannabis. Our tools, initially built for highly regulated industries, became indispensable for mainstream consumer brands seeking to make an impact.

In 2022, as audience targeting became more privacy-regulated and digital marketing more omnichannel, we acquired Semasio, a provider of next-gen contextual targeting solutions.
