The Digital Fork’s secret recipe to networking success

Remote work culture is here to stay, but The Digital Fork proves the infinite value of in-person connection in a post-pandemic world.

Founded in 2017 by Fyllo’s Chief Commerical Officer Jeff Ragovin, The Digital Fork is a closed-door, senior-level, invitation-only, culinary experience that brings together brand marketers from the world's top brands to eat, network and discuss the future of their industries.

It’s a universal truth that food is one of the few things that has the power to bring people together. But The Digital Fork’s secret ingredient? Its intimate focus is on building lasting connections. Jeff explains:

“I tell people not to worry about exchanging information. I keep a notebook during the dinner to connect people with their own little networks. There’s a magical element to The Digital Fork and I want people to focus on that.”

Guests enjoy a piquant full course meal handpicked from the top restaurants across the country, such as New York’s Eleven Madison Park, San Francisco’s Palette and Los Angeles’ Angler just to name a few.

Throughout each event, Jeff moderates the discussion with thoughtfully-curated questions about today’s current trends and tomorrow’s new ideas. But there’s no opportunity for two guests to carry their own conversation at the dinners:

“When two people are having side conversation, I tap my glass and say, ‘Guys, we’re unraveling here. We all need to stick together or else this dinner doesn’t work.” It’s what makes The Digital Fork feel less like a networking dinner and more like a family gathering. We all start the dinner as strangers and leave wanting to go on vacation together.”

50 dinners, 800 guests and one cookbook later, The Digital Fork is just getting started. Here’s what previous Digital Forkers have to say about their experiences:

Jackie Guarini, Head of Commerce Media, US Portfolio at Anheuser-Busch

“The Digital Fork is a journey of both innovation and cultivation, centered around a carefully curated group of talented and diverse minds that shape the conversation on everything from industry innovation to self-inventory work. From both the gastronomic and human perspectives, The Digital Fork is an inclusive, exclusive, and unique experience.”

Kelly Solomon, Global Chief Marketing Officer, KIND

“These nights are always forking awesome. The conversation goes wherever the table takes it which is often an interesting mix of current events and personal stories.”

Ekta Chopra, Chief Digital Officer, E.L.F. BEAUTY

Jesse Channon, Chief Growth Officer, Columbia Care
